any similar case please?

I used Huggies Baby wipe for the first time on my 1 year old daughter, and she developed redness and pain down there just after 2days of using it. Has anyone had a similar problem.i am just worried,cos she is in terrible pain when i try to clean her.Anything out there to sooth the pain. i have switched back to using pampers Baby Wipe.

Buy a diaper rash cream (zinc oxide) and apply to area with redness. That will lessen the rash and pain associated with it. Obviously, do not use the huggies baby wipe - switch to an unscented one (we use the kirkland brand from costco and it is excellent / soft).
